Sports Therapist / Physiotherapist (Part-Time)

Bournemouth Poppies FC are looking to recruit a Sports Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our first-team management staff for the 2026/27 season.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified graduate or someone looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in senior non-league football while working within a supportive coaching environment.
Commitment
* Thursday evenings – First-team training (approximately 2 hours)
* Saturday afternoons – Matchdays (typically 2:00pm–5:30pm minimum, with additional time for away fixtures)
The Role
* Provide pitch-side first aid and injury assessment during training and matches.
* Support player rehabilitation and return-to-play programmes.
* Prepare players for training and matches through taping, strapping and treatment where appropriate.
* Maintain medical records and liaise with the coaching staff regarding player availability.
* Promote player welfare and injury prevention throughout the season.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Sports Therapy or Physiotherapy (new graduates welcome).
* Appropriate first aid and pitch-side trauma qualification (or willingness to obtain one).
* Enthusiastic, reliable and keen to develop within a competitive football environment.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a management team.
