We have a rare opportunity for a motivated and personable Associate Chiropractor to join our established multidisciplinary team at Wimborne Wellness Centre.

We’re looking for a chiropractor who shares that approach: someone passionate about excellent patient care who also enjoys educating and supporting people to make their health a priority.

The opportunity

This is a 25-hour-per-week, Monday–Friday position with no weekends, giving you the opportunity to build an excellent income while maintaining a great work-life balance.

With an OTE of £40,000–£90,000+, there is significant scope to increase your earnings as your patient base develops.

You’ll work alongside an established team of chiropractors, physiotherapists and massage therapists, with the systems, training and support around you to help you succeed.

Mentorship & development

Your development is a major part of the opportunity. You’ll receive:

– Two-week intensive onboarding and observation period
– Weekly 1-to-1 mentorship covering cases, clinical decision-making, patient management and development
– Regular 1-to-1 adjustment and technique training
– Ongoing clinical and practical training
– Free CPD and events
– Regular team training and development days

We’ll also cover your:

✓ GCC registration fees
✓ Professional membership fees
✓ Professional indemnity insurance

Who we’re looking for

Experience isn’t essential – new graduates are very welcome.

* Motivated and ambitious about their career
* Keen to develop their adjusting and clinical skills
* Committed to learning and continually improving
* Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team
