Community Reablement Assistants

Tricuro Ltd

We are pleased to share an excellent opportunity for students currently studying Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Health Studies to gain valuable hands-on experience in a community-based setting.

We are currently recruiting for casual positions as Community Reablement Assistants at Tricuro Reablement Service. At Tricuro Reablement Service, we work in close collaboration with health and social care professionals to deliver short-term, goal-focused support in individuals’ own homes. Our aim is to promote recovery, independence and reduce the need for long-term care services. Community Reablement Assistants play a key role, working directly with individuals to help them relearn essential skills, build routines, and achieve goals that enable them to live as independently as possible.

Key Benefits of the Role:
• Gain practical, client-facing experience in a community setting
• Enhance your understanding of community-based reablement and person centred care
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary reablement team
• Flexible, casual hours to accommodate study commitments
• Make a tangible difference in people’s recovery and independence

This role is ideal for students who are passionate about person-centred care, looking to enhance their clinical skills and interested in the broader context of health and social care services.
If you know of any students who may be interested, or would like further information, please feel free to contact us. We would be happy to discuss the role in more detail or arrange an informal conversation. I can be contacted on the number below or emailed – sheila.lancaster@tricuro.org

Thank you for your time and support.

Kind Regards,
Sheila
