Remuneration: €40.00 – €75.00+ per hour (Performance-based / High-volume patient base ready)

Language Requirements: English fluent. German is a plus, but not required initially (Translator/Assistant provided).

We are a modern, high-end, private clinic specializing in structural chiropractic and advanced manual medicine. We operate strictly on a private/self-pay basis – meaning no insurance bureaucracy, no assembly-line work, and full focus on clinical excellence.

Due to a massive increase in patient demand and a team member returning abroad, we have a fully booked, loyal patient base ready to be handed over to you from day one.

Our Unique Treatment System (Your Work-Life Upgrade)

We don’t believe in burning out our practitioners. We have developed a workflow that maximizes both patient satisfaction and your physical longevity:

• The Prep: Before you even touch the patient, our trained clinical assistants place them on a state-of-the-art high-tech massage system for 20–30 minutes.

• The Benefit: You walk into the treatment room to find a completely relaxed patient with pre-warmed, loose tissue. This makes your adjustments significantly easier, highly precise, and physically effortless.

• The Timing: The actual adjustment/treatment slots are typically around 20 minutes.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality structural chiropractic adjustments and joint manipulations.

• Conduct structured orthopedic/neurological examinations and clear clinical reasoning.

• Manage acute and chronic conditions (e.g., severe lumbago) with a structural mindset.

• Communicate effectively with demanding private patients.

• Any specific missing details of our internal clinic system will be taught during your intensive onboarding.

The Compensation Structure (€40 – €75+ per hour)

Your earning potential is directly linked to your efficiency and autonomy. We reward high-performers generously.

• Starting / Base range: ca. €40.00 per hour.

• High-Efficiency range: Up to €75.00+ per hour (once you comfortably manage the 20-minute adjustment slots with our pre-prepared patients).

Your Profile

• Degree in Chiropractic (BSc, MSc, DC, or MChiro) from an ECCE/CCE accredited institution (e.g., BCC, AECC, WIOC, etc.).

• Strong manipulative skills and a passion for structural spine care.

• Fluent in English.

• Confident, professional, and patient-centered presentation.
