Kinesis Clinic is a busy, established private clinic in the centre of Guildford with a strong reputation for hands-on treatment, evidence-informed care and high patient retention.

Due to continued growth and a consistently full diary, we are looking for an enthusiastic clinician to join our team.

This role would suit:
– Osteopaths
– MSK Physiotherapists with strong manual therapy skills
– New graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn
– Clinicians wanting mentorship in private practice

This is not a “quick treatment and exercise sheet” style clinic.

We are looking for someone who enjoys:
– Hands-on treatment
– Structural and functional assessment
– Building strong patient relationships
– Combining manual therapy with rehabilitation
– Creating clear treatment plans and patient journeys

Experience in any of the following would be beneficial but not essential:
– Dry needling
– Sports injuries
– Functional rehabilitation
– Pilates-based rehabilitation
– Soft tissue techniques
– Strength and conditioning
– Movement assessment

– Is motivated to build a successful private practice
– Is reliable and professional
– Wants to continue learning and developing clinically
– Understands the importance of patient care, follow-up and treatment planning
